Manager, Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth analysis of the business, resolve challenges, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership to enhance product operations.

• Strategically plan, design, and oversee the implementation of automation initiatives that deliver value to customers and the organization.

• Create, develop, and execute analyses to fulfill business case requirements.

• Gather data through observations, tests, interviews, and tailored data extractions.

• Evaluate market dynamics and CVS Health’s positioning to capitalize on opportunities.

• Formulate suggestions to enhance healthcare delivery.

• Tackle issues at a tactical level.

• Clearly communicate findings to senior leadership.

• Collaborate across departments to ensure successful program execution.

• Develop new products, enhance existing offerings, and implement process improvements.

• Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders for PBM product operations.

• Effectively communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, both internal and external.

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Over 2 years of advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with B2B clients and/or external partners.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team to achieve goals and drive outcomes.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying challenges and finding solutions independently.

• Independent thinker with the capacity to thrive in ambiguous situations.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
