Manager, Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Formulate strategy, product design, business analytics, and stakeholder engagement for PBM products and operations.

• Evaluate business performance, address challenges, and provide recommendations to leadership.

• Plan, design, and oversee the implementation of automation initiatives that enhance value for customers and the organization.

• Design, develop, and execute analyses to fulfill business case requirements.

• Gather data through observations, tests, interviews, and tailored data extraction.

• Examine market drivers and CVS Health’s market position to capitalize on opportunities.

• Create recommendations aimed at improving healthcare outcomes.

• Tackle problems at a tactical level and communicate conclusions to senior leadership.

• Collaborate across functions to ensure program success.

• Develop new products, enhance existing ones, and implement process improvements.

• Manage both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the execution of product operations for PBM products.

• Effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• At least 2 years of advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in technology innovation.

• Fundamental knowledge of APIs and/or connectivity methods.

• At least 1 year of experience working with B2B clients and/or external stakeholders.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively to achieve results and drive outcomes.

• Proficient problem solver, able to identify issues and navigate self-reliantly to solutions.

• Independent thinker with the ability to manage ambiguity effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
