Manager, Product Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Provide financial, administrative, and commercialization support to the Product Team

• Execute and monitor invoicing and payment processes

• Verify the accuracy of accounting records and maintain well-organized financial documentation

• Conduct audits as required

• Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies

• Prepare financial reports for both the team and leadership

• Oversee daily operations while offering high-level support to management

• Manage calendars effectively

• Maintain contracts, collateral, financial documents, and travel expense records

• Handle confidential records and files across various platforms

• Assist in commercialization activities, pipelines, websites, and reporting

• Generate and extract reports for internal teams and external stakeholders

• Propel process enhancements and standardization efforts

• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams

• Track project progress, manage risks, and address issues

• Encourage continuous improvement and innovation within the team

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting

• More than 5 years of relevant work experience

• At least 3 years of proficiency in utilizing spreadsheets and accounting tools to generate essential financial reports

• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite

• Strong analytical skills to detect errors and discrepancies

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members

• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management abilities

• Keen attention to detail

• Capability to manage confidential information with discretion

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• In-depth understanding of business process design, requirements gathering, and operational workflows

• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while driving results through influence and collaboration

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
