Manager, Platform Services, Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise a team of Project Managers.

• Ensure optimal utilization of deployment resources to complete projects on schedule and within budget.

• Manage customer deployment initiatives.

• Propel program and process initiatives forward.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance processes.

• Guarantee portfolio delivery efficiency, achieve revenue goals, and uphold high customer satisfaction levels.

• Create and execute the Platform Services delivery methodology.

• Offer mentorship, training, and performance evaluation.

• Recruit, coach, and develop team members in alignment with their career goals and aspirations.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate platform solutions within existing security frameworks.

• Track KPIs and reporting mechanisms to assess PMO effectiveness and relay findings to executive leadership.

• Ensure PMO practices are in harmony with the company's overall risk management strategy.

• Apply delivery methodologies, enforce project standards, and minimize exposure and risk.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, including military experience.

• Strong proficiency in project management software such as Clarizen, Asana, Gainsight, or JIRA.

• Exceptional presentation skills, encompassing written, verbal, and visual communication.

• Strong organizational skills, including tool utilization (spreadsheets, project management software, mind maps), information gathering, attention to detail, and prioritization.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration from diverse sources, including senior management, clients, and other departments.

• Adaptable to changing priorities, demands, and timelines; able to respond swiftly and effectively to project modifications.

• Proven experience in leveraging AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and drive business results.

• This position may require the candidate to periodically undergo and successfully pass alcohol and/or drug tests throughout the employment period.

• Must be a U.S. candidate or located in the U.S. to qualify for this role.
