This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Oversee a team of resident consultants and spearhead the professional services division for all CrowdStrike Falcon product modules.
• Develop and expand a team that operates and supports Falcon, Identity, Cloud, Next-Gen SIEM, and LogScale products.
• Collaborate with professional services leadership to enhance the organization, broaden programs, boost efficiencies, and deliver customer-centric services.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve successful delivery outcomes and maximize customer value.
• Manage and guide team members to broaden skill sets and enhance performance.
• Drive internal initiatives focused on delivery techniques, automation, security posture enhancements, time-to-value optimization, AI, and other technologies.
• Monitor new CrowdStrike technologies and create innovative service offerings.
• Oversee a portfolio of customer projects from both project leadership and tactical perspectives.
• Engage with customers during pre-sales, solution presentations, deal structuring, project creation, and all delivery phases.
• Collaborate with global sales and marketing teams on services communications, presentations, solution alignment, and closing opportunities.
• Over 8 years of experience in the security industry in a professional services or similar role.
• Strong grasp of employee management principles with a proven ability to lead teams.
• Experience collaborating with pre-sales teams on technical scoping and requirements gathering, as well as managing post-sales handoffs.
• Proven experience in managing technical deployments, tracking time, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion.
• Skilled in developing documentation and transferring deployment knowledge to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to translate customer requirements and experiences into constructive feedback for product and engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and drive business results.
• Knowledge of security endpoint products and solutions.
• Familiarity with SIEM skills and best practices related to log analysis, data onboarding, parsers, search queries, dashboards, and alerts.
• Experience with log management/SIEM solutions, such as Falcon LogScale, Splunk, QRadar, Arcsight, LogRhythm, and Exabeam Data Lake, in a professional services or similar role.
• Understanding of distributed applications hosted in AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Knowledge of identity management solutions.
• Automation experience with script development in Bash, Python, or other programming languages.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
