Manager, People Analytics and Change – Online Facilitation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer subject matter expertise to a cohort of 25–30 undergraduate online learners

• Assist students with academic writing, research skills, and time management

• Facilitate one-on-one and small-group tutoring sessions

• Direct students towards pertinent reference materials

• Evaluate assessments and deliver comprehensive feedback

• Oversee discussion forums

• Provide proactive, timely, and personalized support for student inquiries and challenges

• Engage promptly with students via email, phone calls, and online sessions

• Utilize knowledge in people management, business analytics, and organizational change to enhance Masters-level online programs

• Assist students in leveraging analytics to assess people and organizational data while developing data-driven workforce management strategies

• Evaluate the impact of analytics on organizational culture and devise change management strategies to boost organizational performance

⛳️ Requirements

• PG/Doctoral degree with distinction or first-class from a prestigious university in India

• Minimum of 5 years of corporate and/or teaching experience in relevant disciplines

• Strong understanding of people management, business analytics, and organizational change

• Proficiency in applying data-driven insights for workforce and organizational decision-making

• Fluent in English

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Access to a working laptop

• Reliable high-speed internet connection exceeding 10 Mbps

• Capability to quickly learn and utilize technology platforms, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac

• Availability from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm IST on a daily basis

• Willingness and ability to collaborate closely with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds
