Manager – Payment Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive processing of all outgoing and incoming payments, which includes PO, DD, UAEDDS, standing instructions, and utility payments for the UAE.

• Direct, mentor, and manage the remittance operations team.

• Create and execute strategies aimed at optimizing payment processes and systems.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to improve payment solutions and services.

• Track and analyze payment trends to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.

• Manage relationships with key stakeholders in the UAE.

• Recommend and implement workflow enhancements for the unit.

• Engage in regulatory and bank strategic digitization initiatives across the UAE and other Mashreq IBG locations.

• Investigate cases and resolve any issues that arise.

• Automate manual processes to improve efficiency.

• Ensure staff welfare, promote work-life balance, and facilitate training for the unit.
