Manager, Payer Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of Payer Integration Managers to successfully finalize health plan integrations with clients.

• Offer strategic guidance to the organization concerning payer initiatives.

• Serve as a cross-functional subject-matter expert for the Health Plan Integration product, which includes training, troubleshooting, and providing product feedback.

• Support HPI-related partnerships, business development efforts, product design, and enhance member/customer experiences.

• Engage in Sales discussions to assist and evaluate product implementation with customer health plans.

• Provide expert advice on payer integration and billing for future Lyra products and services.

• Collaborate with Billing, Marketing, Product, Health Plan/Health System, Customer Support, and provider teams.

• Aid the product team in creating HPI launch documentation and facilitating conversations with health plans/customers.

• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in health plans.

• Address complex setup challenges presented by various health plans.

• Adapt to uncertainty, organizational changes, market dynamics, and shifting priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

• A college degree or equivalent managerial experience.

• Experience in the employer-sponsored health benefits sector, with a preference for experience working with or for a health plan.

• A strong passion for mental health and a desire to transform the healthcare landscape.

• Exceptional listening and communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building trust and credibility while fostering relationships at all organizational levels, both externally and internally.

• Ability to resolve issues in a highly collaborative manner.

• Strong project management capabilities with a proven track record of developing scalable processes.

• Experience collaborating with customers to implement digital products/services, including coordination with health plans.

• Dedication to working collaboratively across internal teams, both leading and supporting multiple stakeholders.
