This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Lead the division with clear direction
• Foster and exemplify a focus on patient-centered care and exceptional customer service within the division
• Create and manage the division’s operational budget and objectives
• Oversee the division's financial performance, service delivery, and productivity metrics
• Review, analyze, and manage reports along with related documentation
• Ensure seamless integration with other departments
• Formulate operational policies, procedures, standards, and expectations
• Provide opportunities to achieve or surpass balanced scorecard targets
• Conduct performance evaluations for direct reports
• Guide and mentor direct reports and staff members
• Engage in community and agency events
• Execute other related responsibilities as necessary
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business or a related field
• A master’s degree in a relevant area, such as business or health administration, can be substituted for experience on a 1:1 basis
• Preferred certifications in patient access or patient accounting
