This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.
• Take ownership of the partner pipeline and revenue objectives for the designated region.
• Develop comprehensive pipeline plans aligned with regional goals and the total addressable market.
• Provide monthly forecasts and adjust pipeline and revenue coverage accordingly.
• Build and oversee a regional portfolio that includes integration partners, resellers, consultants, hotel management firms, and referral partners.
• Identify new reseller and consultant contacts based on the Ideal Reseller Partner Profile.
• Implement partner conversation strategies tailored to different partner categories.
• Request intelligence briefs on partners before initiating first outreach.
• Ensure all mandatory HubSpot fields are filled before progressing deals beyond the signed stage.
• Register each qualified lead in Introw on the day it is received.
• Manage one or two designated global partner accounts.
• Develop regional pipeline strategies specifically for global accounts.
• Collaborate with the Global Partner Marketing Manager prior to significant interactions with senior global partners.
• Foster relationships across sales, customer success, key account management, and implementation teams.
• Provide insights on global accounts following major interactions.
• Assist in co-marketing efforts and quarterly business review (QBR) activities.
• Take charge of re-engaging a regional subset of 272 inactive signed partners.
• Report on the progress of activating dormant partners on a weekly basis.
• Share market insights during bi-weekly regional meetings.
• Identify competitive all-in-one opportunities.
• Maintain accurate HubSpot contact and deal records.
• Participate in monthly team-wide KPR reviews.
• A minimum of 2 years in B2B business development, partnerships, or commercial account management.
• Experience in SaaS, hospitality technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Advanced German language skills (C2 level).
• Proven ability to establish relationships and generate outbound pipeline from the ground up within a defined territory.
• Capable of working across integration partnerships, resellers, consultants, hotel management companies, and referral partners.
• Proficient in HubSpot or other CRM systems; maintaining high-quality data is essential.
• Must be located in the target territory.
• Existing network within the hotel technology ecosystem is advantageous.
• Experience managing global or multi-territory accounts is a plus.
• Familiarity with Introw, PartnerStack, Reditus, or similar platforms is beneficial.
• Background in revenue management or hospitality operations is a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in the specified location/timezone; employer does not provide sponsorship.
