This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Lead a team of Partner Success professionals who provide support to state, district, and school partners throughout the assessment lifecycle.
• Supervise partner engagement, readiness planning, training, adoption, issue resolution, and ongoing relationship management.
• Ensure the successful execution of assigned programs and services while fulfilling cost, quality, and schedule commitments.
• Establish and nurture relationships with state, district, and school partners.
• Direct customer readiness, implementation, training, and adoption planning.
• Act as the escalation point for complex customer issues, risks, and delivery challenges.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee assessment programs or strategic customer relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to fulfill program commitments.
• Monitor schedules, risks, issues, budgets, and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and delivery expectations.
• Lead forecasting, planning, and business reviews.
• Manage program financials, including revenue/margin plans, forecasts, budgets, and costs.
• Coach, develop, mentor, and assess the performance of Partner Success professionals.
• Set goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
• Drive process enhancements and scalable practices throughout Partner Success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to improve communication, coordination, and execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to delivery, customer satisfaction, and operations.
• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in leading customer-facing programs, partner success, client services, program management, educational services, or assessment delivery functions.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, including coaching, performance management, and talent development.
• Experience in managing complex customer relationships and serving as an escalation point for operational, delivery, or customer satisfaction challenges.
• Strong program and project management capabilities, including experience managing schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Established ability to influence and collaborate across Product, Technology, Operations, Measurement, Content, and Customer Support teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively engage with customers, executive leadership, and internal stakeholders.
• Proven capability to identify customer needs, solve intricate problems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in managing financial performance, including forecasting, budget management, contract value tracking, resource planning, or margin accountability.
• This position may require up to 25% travel.
