Manager, Oracle HCM Payroll – Managed Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Oversee Oracle HCM Payroll support initiatives

• Guide and mentor consulting team members

• Assist clients in enhancing the value derived from their Oracle HCM Cloud investment

• Develop enduring relationships with clients

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in Oracle consulting, managed services, or enterprise application support

• Extensive functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll

• Proven experience in leading managed services/support delivery and transition operations

• Preferred experience with ServiceNow

• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience at a Manager level

• Excellent client-facing communication and skills in building relationships

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional background
