Manager, Network Contracting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution of Aledade’s network contracts with both national and regional health plans.

• Negotiate participation agreements with health plans, encompassing new contracts, renewals, and amendments.

• Oversee and monitor deliverables as well as documentation repositories.

• Identify potential risks and ensure adherence to agreement terms.

• Conduct thorough rate analyses.

• Monitor and report on essential contract metrics.

• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement network participation agreements.

• Build and sustain strong relationships with regional and national payer stakeholders.

• Engage directly with payers in coordination with senior leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Over 8 years of experience in network contracting or development with health plans or providers.

• Solid understanding of the lifecycle of health plan network participation agreements.

• Proven experience in navigating complex payer dynamics.

• Strong analytical and risk assessment capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish, maintain, and enhance payer relationships.

• Results-driven, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Committed to ensuring that providers receive fair reimbursement for the care they provide.

• Ability to sit for extended periods.

• Frequent use of computers and keyboard is necessary.

• Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
