This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Drive sales expansion for designated accounts and product categories.
• Foster customer relationships to meet revenue, profit, and market share objectives.
• Create and implement strategic plans; oversee budgets, forecasts, promotional strategies, and pricing.
• Act as a primary contact for account-related activities, maintaining internal coordination with SCM, Marketing, and Finance.
• Cultivate and enhance the Samsung brand across all accounts.
• Collaborate on joint business strategies, brand oversight, in-store merchandising, and retail sales execution.
• Organize brand management, product pages, brand store, advertising strategies, and launch initiatives alongside Product Managers and Samsung Marketing.
• Oversee and execute business trade expenditures within account programs and management budgets.
• Evaluate key account performance quarterly utilizing Samsung KPIs.
• Partner closely with Samsung Marketing to optimize sales for each National Account.
• Manage weekly product forecasts by model and dealer; ensure inventory forecasts align with promotional schedules.
• Deliver presentations on new product introductions and offerings to customers and prospects.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and Samsung concerning inventory issues, including sales trends, purchase orders, short-term requests, lead-time commitments, long-range order forecasts, follow-ups, and logistics challenges.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CPFR Programs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging comfortably with diverse organizational levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Highly self-driven and competent in working independently within broad objectives and minimal direct supervision.
• Skilled in planning, organizing, and prioritizing multiple concurrent projects and tasks.
• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience preferred.
