Manager, Medicare Member Retention

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of retention performance managers tasked with creating and executing strategies to retain Medicare beneficiaries.

• Examine data and trends to pinpoint retention challenges and opportunities.

• Lead, oversee, and contribute to special projects designed to minimize Medicare member disenrollment at local, regional, and national levels.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance member experience and satisfaction.

• Partner with various business teams to implement retention campaigns.

• Develop and oversee programs that educate beneficiaries about the benefits and services available through health plans.

• Track and assess retention initiatives to guarantee their effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Adhere to all organizational policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Candidates must reside in Florida, preferably near Orlando or Miami, or in New York, particularly in the Boroughs.

• Willingness to travel and work some weekends is necessary.

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of related experience is required, ideally within the Medicare industry.

• Equivalent experience gained through relevant knowledge, duties, scope, and skills reflective of this position may be considered.

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.

• Experience in Medicare/Medicaid sales and leadership is highly preferred.
