Manager, Medicare Member Retention

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Enhance member retention throughout the Enterprise

• Oversee a team of retention performance managers

• Formulate and execute strategies to retain Medicare beneficiaries

• Identify, analyze, prioritize, and decide on appropriate actions for relevant business issues

• Guide, oversee, and contribute to special projects focused on minimizing Medicare member disenrollment in local markets, regions, and nationwide

• Evaluate data and trends to pinpoint retention challenges and opportunities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance member experience and satisfaction

• Implement retention campaigns aimed at boosting member experience with the health plan

• Develop and manage programs that inform beneficiaries about benefits and services across health plans

• Assess and review retention initiatives, making adjustments as needed

• Carry out other assigned duties

• Adhere to all policies and standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future

• Candidates must reside in Florida, Texas, or New York

• Willingness to travel and work some weekends is required

• Bachelor's degree

• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the Medicare sector

• A minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience is preferred

• Experience in Medicare sales and in a leadership role is highly preferred

• Equivalent experience gained through relevant knowledge, duties, scope, and skills reflective of this position's level may be accepted

• A Master's degree is preferred
