Manager Maintenance – Southern Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance the maintenance department

• Ensure quality assurance and the standardization of technical and safety-related procedures

• Supervise hotels located in Southern Europe and uphold high maintenance standards

• Manage technical building services across hotel and workspace sites

• Optimize maintenance processes and plan for repair tasks

• Serve as the primary contact for hotel technicians

• Provide training and conduct training sessions for technicians

• Assess and refine operational and building services workflows

• Ensure that maintenance, repairs, and new installations are efficient, timely, and compliant with required standards

• Monitor adherence to laws, regulations, inspection timelines, and occupational health and safety standards

• Assist in drafting service contracts and reviewing contract terms

• Acquire quotes and manage insurance claims

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed an apprenticeship in building services engineering successfully

• Several years of professional and managerial experience in a related field

• Experience in managing properties internationally is a plus

• Willingness and capability to travel

• Strong knowledge of building services engineering

• Familiarity with control and measurement technology

• Professional demeanor, loyalty, and integrity

• Ability to independently and creatively solve problems while considering business needs

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Organized and methodical approach to work

• Fluency in English and Italian

• Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage
