This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Support the Director of Launch Excellence in designing program launch sessions.
• Oversee the development of Program Design Documents and essential deliverables, which include business requirements, documentation of business rules, diagrams of patient and healthcare provider journeys, strategic roadmaps, blueprint creation, and gap analyses.
• Collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders to collect, analyze, prioritize, and articulate business objectives.
• Provide insights during requirements and development meetings across operations, analytics, quality, and outcomes assessment.
• Facilitate and engage in the collaborative development and review of process flows, business rules, communications, training materials, and IT documentation.
• Work alongside Product Management to design and execute program solutions that align with ConnectiveRx capabilities and product offerings.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure that services are delivered with high quality.
• Identify and monitor strategic and technical opportunities throughout the program launch design process.
• Assist Project Management and implementation teams by tracking requirement statuses, addressing scope changes, gathering client deliverables, and modifying requirements as needed.
• Support sales initiatives as directed by the VP of Launch Excellence.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, health, science, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in patient services.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer consulting or a related field.
• Background in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or the healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of patient support and affordability services in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with market dynamics, commercial strategy formulation, and product launch design.
• Capability to influence stakeholders, facilitate solution design, and lead program journey mapping, phased roadmaps, and executive-level requirement gathering sessions.
• Understanding of compliance and security standards, policies, and risk management practices.
• Strong customer management abilities with an analytical and strategic perspective.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid analytical, planning, and organizational competencies.
• Proficiency in managing competing priorities.
• Adherence to company policies, procedures, training, Information Security and Compliance Programs, SOC1, SOC2, PCI, HIPAA, business rules, ethics, and relevant laws.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, approximately 10–20% of the time.
