This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Manage the commercial facets of client relationships, encompassing program pipeline, product forecasting, new product development, pricing, schedules, and escalations.
• Create and implement account strategies for Cloud Service Providers and other clients to achieve double-digit year-over-year revenue growth.
• Act as an advocate for clients within the organization, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Lead a diverse team of Key Account Managers who are accountable for program pipeline and product portfolios.
• Guarantee compliance with the selling process.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to produce sales materials and proposals.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to comprehend hardware and services, integrating client feedback into product offerings.
• Review and negotiate contracts related to clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Travel internationally 20% of the time or more.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in complex, multi-stakeholder account management positions focused on large enterprise IT firms.
• Proven track record in developing and executing complex business plans and initiatives.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing teams of 5 or more, in addition to cross-functional contributors.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Familiarity with data center and IT markets.
• Established contacts within the big 5 hyperscalers in infrastructure or silicon programs.
• Understanding of data center cooling strategies.
• Capability to navigate a rapidly evolving industry.
