Manager, Investor Relations – Strategic Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in the quarterly earnings process, which involves the creation of earnings press releases, call scripts, financial forecasts, Q&A documents, and related materials.

• Conduct financial, strategic, and competitive analyses, encompassing industry and peer benchmarking, market/valuation trends, and various ad-hoc projects.

• Develop models and utilize data analysis to comprehend complex relationships, pinpoint key trends, and derive insights into essential metrics, drivers, and scalability.

• Collaborate on the execution of the annual Investor Day and investor sessions during customer conferences.

• Contribute to corporate development and strategic finance efforts, including M&A due diligence and long-term planning.

• Report directly to the Senior Manager of Investor Relations & Strategic Finance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant experience that integrates Investment Banking or Sell-Side Research with in-house Investor Relations at a rapidly growing, public SaaS or enterprise software company.

• A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.

• A strong enthusiasm for equity market operations and stock performance drivers.

• Proficient financial modeling skills and deep understanding of valuation.

• Capability to discuss valuation frameworks related to M&A and due diligence processes.

• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML technologies.

• Experience in leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to enhance outcomes within your functional area.

• Solid understanding of cybersecurity architectures, cloud infrastructure, and subscription-based financial models.

• Foundational to advanced comprehension of AI/ML technologies and experience in positioning AI-driven product pipelines.

• Familiarity with modern analytics tools to streamline Investor Relations workflows.

• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification is preferred.
