Manager, Investor Relations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Works closely with the VP of Finance & Investor Relations to formulate and implement the global investor relations strategy.

• Inform and update portfolio managers and research analysts regarding the company to ensure an equitable relative stock price.

• Comprehend and manage shareholder perceptions.

• Identify and onboard new stockholders utilizing the investor database.

• Track key financial and economic market data points.

• Relay feedback from the investor community to management.

• Evaluate competitor performance and enhance industry knowledge.

• Develop and sustain valuation models, assist in the creation of earnings materials, participate in conferences and non-deal roadshows, maintain the investor relations website, and coordinate logistics for earnings calls.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is highly preferred; an MBA or other advanced degree is advantageous.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in investor relations or 5 years in finance; experience in Investor Relations is strongly preferred.

• Exceptional financial and investment analysis abilities, along with strong oral and written communication skills, and effective presentation capabilities.

• A strong professional presence is essential.

• A comprehensive understanding of financial modeling techniques utilized by security analysts to forecast a company's operational and financial performance and the resultant value of its stock.

• An extensive understanding of the financial and investment markets with the capability to quickly establish new relationships in various industries.

• A solid grasp of strategic communication, public relations, and media interactions.

• An emerging reputation within the investment community, grounded in credibility, consistency, visibility, accessibility, and comprehensive knowledge.

• Strong interpersonal skills, superior intellect, and an exceptional ability to convey information using these qualities and skills.
