This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.
• Guide, mentor, and nurture a team of inside sales representatives tasked with acquiring new customers and meeting both individual and team revenue goals.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture centered on accountability, consistent execution, and ongoing development.
• Create a structured prospecting approach through outbound outreach, inbound lead conversion, and targeted account strategies.
• Mentor representatives on discovery techniques, value-driven selling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing strategies.
• Propel a high-volume sales initiative while ensuring qualification standards and maintaining deal quality.
• Sustain a precise and reliable forecast through opportunity assessment, exit criteria, and pipeline management.
• Identify potential risks and gaps, formulating strategies to enhance pipeline coverage, conversion rates, deal velocity, and revenue performance.
• Leverage sales data and performance metrics to assess outcomes, recognize trends, and enhance execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and various cross-functional teams.
• Implement and reinforce effective sales methodologies, processes, tools, and best practices.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top-performing sales talent.
• Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience, including a background in leading and developing sales teams.
• Proven success in managing a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment focused on acquiring new business customers.
• Demonstrated capability in building a pipeline through proactive prospecting and outbound sales activities.
• Strong forecasting discipline with a history of providing accurate, data-driven revenue projections.
• Proven history of achieving or surpassing individual and team quotas.
• Experience in coaching representatives throughout the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Solid understanding of pipeline management, conversion metrics, deal velocity, and sales productivity.
• Proficient in Salesforce and related sales engagement, forecasting, and business intelligence tools.
• Effective communication skills with senior executives, cross-functional partners, customers, and team members.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
