This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Oversee caregivers within the designated region and ensure they meet deliverables and standards.
• Encourage continuous education, training, and professional development for departmental staff.
• Communicate corporate compliance standards and procedures effectively.
• Supervise teams and conduct performance reviews and evaluations.
• Provide counseling to staff and support their professional growth.
• Organize and plan team activities efficiently.
• Contribute to the department's IT technology plan.
• Ensure that team goals and objectives are successfully met.
• Collaborate with the product director and teams to guarantee successful project delivery.
• Offer feedback to assist the product director in shaping customer strategy for relevant services.
• Document and maintain operational policies and procedures for the department.
• Manage contractors as part of squads to support financial stewardship.
• Oversee team budgets and lead human resources responsibilities.
• Provide work solutions and deliverables as part of a squad when necessary.
• Support agile practices within squads in collaboration with the Domain Advisor.
• Provide leadership to both direct and indirect reports.
• Develop operating and capital budgets, review monthly finances, explain variances to leadership, drive efficiencies, and achieve financial targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, along with four years of relevant technical experience in leading people, processes, or technology.
• Alternatively, four years of relevant technical experience leading people, processes, or technology, coupled with an additional two years of leadership experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt flexibly to meet business objectives.
• Demonstrated experience in financial budget planning, management, analysis, and reporting.
• Familiarity with human resources practices, including recruitment, retention, conflict resolution, and group dynamics.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Availability for after-hours support via pager and computer dial-in.
• Regular sitting and use of telephone and personal computer.
• Frequent verbal communication and listening when providing instructions and explanations.
• Ability to adhere to standard precautions using personal protective equipment as needed.
• Compliance with controlled-substance testing following an offer.
• Compliance with the annual influenza vaccination program or approved exemption.
