📋 Description

• Oversee the Independent Contractor Program.

• Support a growing network of independent travel advisors, emphasizing premium and luxury leisure travel.

• Act as the main liaison between independent advisors, internal teams, and supplier partners.

• Recruit and onboard new advisors into the independent contractor program.

• Connect advisors with essential resources and business opportunities.

• Enhance relationships with suppliers.

• Organize educational and industry experiences.

• Cultivate an engaged community of advisors.

• Stay updated on current travel trends.

• Identify opportunities to improve and expand the program.

• Set program objectives in collaboration with leadership.

• Monitor metrics related to sales, profitability, recruitment, retention, and engagement.

• Utilize program insights to further strengthen the initiative.

• Collaborate with various teams to improve processes and utilize technology effectively.

• Develop initiatives that support independent advisors and contribute to overall business growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in leisure travel.

• At least 3 years of experience with an independent contractor program.

• Comprehensive understanding of leisure travel operations.

• In-depth knowledge of the premium and luxury travel market.

• Strong grasp of laws, regulations, and compliance issues pertaining to independent contractor relationships and programs, including worker classification.

• Awareness of the appropriate boundaries between independent contractors and employees.

• Insight into the unique needs of independent travel advisors.

• Ability to balance regulatory compliance with substantial resources and business support.

• Excellent communication skills.
