Manager, Implementation – Enterprise Select

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the team of Enterprise Implementation Consultants responsible for deploying Samsara’s Connected Operations Cloud for major enterprise clients.

• Manage the performance of the team.

• Achieve results in line with team KPIs and organization-wide OKRs.

• Maintain relationships with executive-level stakeholders and address escalations for high-risk, high-ACV accounts.

• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Support, and Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions and safeguard renewal and expansion opportunities.

• Guide consultants through intricate, multi-site technical implementations, covering hardware deployment logistics and system/API integrations.

• Recognize and execute process enhancements, improve system efficiencies, and boost automation through data insights.

• Lead actively and engage hands-on in team initiatives.

• Promote Samsara’s cultural values while expanding globally and opening new offices.

• Recruit, cultivate, and lead a diverse, engaged, and high-performing team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing a services team, including experience with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deployments.

• Proven experience in implementing Enterprise (medium/high touch) accounts or in account management programs.

• Preferably experienced in SaaS and/or IoT/hardware implementation.

• Strong work ethic, adept prioritization skills, and high emotional intelligence.

• Experience in handling escalations and building relationships with executive stakeholders on complex, high-value accounts.

• Familiarity with customer success CRM systems such as Gainsight and/or PSA tools.

• Solutions-focused with exceptional problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong inclination for action, visionary thinking, and a commitment to high standards.

• Experience in project/program management; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.

• Legal authorization to work at Samsara and in the designated work location, if applicable.
