Manager, IKC Clinical Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Lead the development and implementation of project plans related to quality measures.

• Define key milestones and timelines, ensuring that projects adhere to deadlines.

• Establish and monitor performance metrics that align with Stars and quality measures.

• Manage relationships with stakeholders and provide updates to leadership regarding progress and challenges.

• Oversee the daily operations of critical initiatives, including tools, workflows, and support frameworks.

• Monitor program performance and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operational strategies and clinical outcomes.

• Drive the strategic direction for Clinical Transformation initiatives, encompassing hypothesis development, research, insight generation, and business recommendations.

• Build consensus around best practices and facilitate the implementation of clinical programs.

• Oversee collaborative efforts to pilot and scale new clinical programs.

• Synthesize complex data and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Translate intricate business challenges into strategic recommendations and cohesive narratives.
