This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and execution of processes for managing regional and on-site inventory levels as well as on-site personnel resource needs.

• Create and oversee the implementation of standardized processes and responsibility frameworks for receiving, storing, tracking, distributing, retrieving, transferring, and returning inventory.

• Liaise with Fulfillment and Sourcing teams to synchronize schedules, quantities, and the quality of materials and equipment required at job sites.

• Oversee, mentor, and schedule regional on-site personnel to ensure adequate staffing at job locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, or a related field is required.

• At least five years of experience in a supply chain and/or inventory management role, or a related field as an individual contributor is required.

• A minimum of one to three years of supervisory experience is required.

• At least two years of direct experience in a related position within construction or service companies is essential; experience in wind and solar is a plus.

• Industrial construction experience is preferred.

• Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time.

• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
