Manager – Human Capital Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate recruitment processes, focusing on metrics such as time-in-stage, T2H, and yield rates.

• Create data visualizations, dashboards, executive summaries, analytical presentations, and comprehensive reports.

• Convey intricate analytical findings to senior leadership through effective visual aids and succinct written reports.

• Offer practical recommendations derived from analytical insights and industry benchmarking analyses.

• Compile analytical reports and present results to senior leadership.

• Assist with regular metrics reporting, trend analysis, and performance assessment.

• Aid in potential future contract bids and forthcoming opportunities catering to federal government clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in data analytics, statistics, or a related discipline.

• At least five (5) years of experience in workforce analytics, HR metrics, automation, or process enhancement within a federal or large organizational context.

• Proven expertise in analyzing recruitment processes, including time-in-stage, T2H, and yield rate metrics.

• Established experience in developing data visualizations, dashboards, executive summaries, analytical presentations, and reports using widely available business intelligence, spreadsheet, or presentation software.

• Proven ability to effectively communicate complex analytical findings to senior leadership through clear visual products, succinct written analysis, and actionable recommendations.

• Experience in conducting benchmarking studies and formulating actionable recommendations based on industry benchmarks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in preparing analytical reports and presenting findings to senior leadership.

• Must possess the capability to obtain and uphold the necessary government security clearance.

• U.S. Citizenship required.

• Familiarity with federal hiring practices and associated regulations is advantageous.

• Preference for demonstrated experience in providing recurring metrics reporting, trend analysis, and performance measurement support in a federal or large organizational environment.

• Preference for experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent government-approved tools.
