This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Workday Core HCM, Talent, Performance, Succession, Career, Skills, and related employee lifecycle processes.
• Oversee solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support tasks.
• Foster continuous improvement with a focus on enhancing user experience, simplifying processes, and ensuring scalability.
• Analyze business requirements and propose optimal Workday solutions and best practices.
• Evaluate downstream effects on business processes, integrations, and reporting.
• Execute hands-on configuration of Workday business processes, calculated fields, condition rules, notifications, eligibility rules, and security features.
• Assist with Workday releases, feature adoption, regression testing, and deployment efforts.
• Create and maintain documentation, configuration standards, and testing artifacts.
• Develop and manage Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, and calculated fields.
• Aid Talent and HR leaders with workforce insights and reporting requirements.
• Examine data trends and pinpoint opportunities for enhancing HR processes and decision-making.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with Talent Management, HRBPs, Compensation, HR Operations, and IT teams on a global scale.
• Convert complex business needs into practical system solutions.
• Offer consultative guidance and influence decision-making through subject matter expertise.
• Assist in change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Lead functional workstreams for significant HR technology projects and enhancements.
• Manage priorities across various initiatives while ensuring quality.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual HR processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Engage in audits, compliance reviews, and governance activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of HRIS or HR Technology experience.
• More than 5 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Strong knowledge in Core HCM, Talent, Performance, Succession, Career, and Business Processes.
• Experience in developing advanced Workday reports and dashboards.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Experience supporting global HR organizations.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, including negotiation and influencing capabilities.
• Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel and HRIS systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to identify and address analytical needs in ambiguous situations.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to issue escalation.
• Collaborative attitude and dedication to team success.
• Workday certifications in HCM, Compensation, Talent, and/or Integrations are highly preferred.
• Experience with Workday integrations, such as Studio, EIB, and APIs.
• Experience in a global matrixed environment.
• Previous experience mentoring analysts or leading projects.
