This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take full ownership of healthcare analyses from initial ambiguous requests through to cohort definition, SQL development, quality assurance, and actionable delivery.
β’ Collaborate with sales, client strategy, and ad operations as the expert in healthcare data.
β’ Develop and oversee reusable condition and treatment code sets, cohort and metric definitions, notebook templates, and accompanying documentation.
β’ Create audience segments for patients and healthcare providers based on real-world data.
β’ Produce client-ready deliverables, including market landscapes, competitive dynamics, switching behaviors, payer access, patient journeys, and audience recommendations.
β’ Present analytical findings to internal leadership and client stakeholders.
β’ Measure and report on campaign and community engagement performance.
β’ Utilize AI and generative AI tools to enhance analysis and reporting speed.
β’ Discover new methodologies, data sources, and analytical opportunities.
β’ Mentor team members and contribute to establishing analytical rigor.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, including the ability to independently manage projects from initial inquiry to final results.
β’ In-depth knowledge of healthcare data, encompassing medical and pharmacy claims, diagnosis and procedure coding, NDC and treatment data, as well as the healthcare industry.
β’ Advanced SQL proficiency.
β’ Practical experience with large datasets and cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
β’ Capability to transform loosely defined requests into structured, defensible analyses while clearly communicating data limitations.
β’ Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
β’ Skill in translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical and senior audiences.
β’ Experience in mentoring or reviewing analytical work.
β’ Knowledge of pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare marketing practices.
β’ Proficiency in Python, SQL, notebooks, and Git for reproducible analysis.
β’ A strong sense of curiosity and a passion for data exploration and healthcare innovation.
β’ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities.
