This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
β’ Take ownership of HEMA projects and initiatives that drive market expansion for the VELYS Knee platform.
β’ Contribute to product pipeline projects by providing insights on target product profiles, economic value propositions, and strategies for evidence generation.
β’ Lead projects focused on generating evidence that establishes product value.
β’ Execute reimbursement strategies that facilitate market access and ensure commercial success for the VELYS Knee platform.
β’ Create value tools such as value dossiers, value analysis briefs, economic models, and dissemination initiatives.
β’ Showcase the value of the VELYS Knee platform and its role in orthopaedic surgery.
β’ Support and coordinate the efforts of HEMA associates to align with commercial business objectives, without direct management responsibilities.
β’ Partner with Regional HEMA teams and collaborate across functions including Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Marketing, Professional Education, Regulatory Affairs, and Legal.
β’ Report directly to the Director of HEMA.
β’ A minimum of a Bachelorβs degree in a health sciences-related field is essential.
β’ An advanced degree (MS, MPH, PhD, MHA, MBA) in health economics, outcomes research, or a related healthcare field is desirable.
β’ At least 5 years of professional experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or HEOR consulting is required.
β’ Proven ability to navigate from strategy development to execution and value creation in a fast-paced global organization with minimal supervision.
β’ Experience in health services research, health economics, outcomes research, market access, health policy, and reimbursement is necessary.
β’ Expertise in developing global market access assessments and evidence generation strategies.
β’ Skilled in building partnerships and engaging with multifunctional teams to provide insights and influence decision-making.
β’ Capable of working effectively in a matrix environment and demonstrating influence skills.
β’ Experience in decentralized and cross-functional business models is preferred.
β’ Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
β’ Good analytical abilities.
β’ Familiarity with data collection and review practices.
β’ Proactive, responsible, and accountable mindset.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time as required.
