This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
β’ Take charge of HEMA projects and initiatives to aid in the market expansion efforts for the VELYS Knee platform.
β’ Contribute insights to product pipeline projects, which include defining target product profiles, formulating economic value propositions, and developing strategies and plans for evidence generation.
β’ Spearhead evidence generation initiatives to establish the product's value.
β’ Execute reimbursement strategies that facilitate market access and ensure commercial success for the VELYS Knee platform.
β’ Create value tools such as value dossiers, value analysis briefs, economic models, and initiatives for dissemination.
β’ Assist and coordinate the efforts of HEMA associates towards achieving commercial business goals without direct management responsibilities.
β’ Collaborate with regional HEMA partners and cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Marketing, Professional Education, Regulatory Affairs, and Legal.
β’ Report directly to the Director of HEMA.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 20%.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree in a health sciences-related discipline is mandatory.
β’ At least 5 years of professional experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or HEOR consulting is essential.
β’ Proficiency in health services research, health economics, outcomes research, market access, health policy, and reimbursement.
β’ Experience in formulating global market access assessments and strategies for evidence generation.
β’ Capability to navigate from strategy formulation to execution and value creation with minimal supervision.
β’ Strong aptitude for building partnerships and engaging with multifunctional teams to influence decision-making.
β’ Experience working within decentralized and cross-functional business frameworks.
β’ Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey information clearly and succinctly.
β’ Solid analytical abilities.
β’ Familiarity with data collection and review methodologies.
β’ A proactive, highly responsible, and accountable mindset.
β’ An advanced degree in health economics, outcomes research, or a healthcare-related field is preferred.
