This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, implement, and manage onboarding programs for new employees across Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success.
• Organize onboarding schedules, present content, and monitor completion and certification.
• Create and revise playbooks, battlecards, call guides, FAQs, and reference documentation.
• Conduct live and recorded training sessions on products, features, processes, and skills.
• Oversee the ongoing learning content calendar.
• Manage enablement tools, including LMS, Highspot/Seismic, and Gong.
• Upload materials, organize libraries, control access, and resolve broken links or outdated resources.
• Assist in product launches and process implementations with training materials, FAQs, job aids, and enablement sessions.
• Mentor individual representatives and small groups through call observations and review recordings.
• Monitor training completion, content views, and certification success rates.
• Provide regular reports on metrics and modify content based on performance analysis.
• Oversee workload and priorities for a small team of enablement professionals.
• Delegate projects, evaluate content and output, and coach team members.
• Address ad hoc training, content, and coaching requests from Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management leaders.
• Collect feedback from representatives and managers to refine programs.
• 5+ years of practical experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, Customer Success Enablement, Learning & Development, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in creating training content and executing programs directly.
• Skilled in developing training materials, playbooks, and job aids from the ground up.
• Comfortable facilitating presentations and training sessions for groups in both live and virtual environments.
• Familiarity with revenue technology platforms such as Salesforce, Highspot, Seismic, Gong, or an LMS.
• Capability to administer and maintain enablement tools effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and requests.
• Proficient in extracting and interpreting basic usage and completion data.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent blend of education and professional experience.
• Experience in people management is advantageous but not necessary for leading large teams.
