Manager – GTM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the Account Executive role from the ground up as the inaugural Account Executive and founding sales hire.

• Execute comprehensive new business development activities, including prospecting, outreach, and closing sales.

• Promote Plein Air’s innovative technology and influencer capabilities, such as Big Colony and Korora, as key differentiators.

• Develop repeatable sales processes and create supporting materials.

• Collaborate directly with leadership and delivery teams to define executable deals.

• Target sales efforts towards restaurant and food service brands within an underserved market segment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.

• Background in agency, martech, or influencer/creator sales, preferably with familiarity in restaurant or hospitality sectors.

• Demonstrated ability to generate a pipeline and create new business opportunities.

• Experience in B2B sales with responsibility for early-stage deal development.

• Strong consultative instincts aimed at uncovering and shaping client needs.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and establish structure in uncertain environments.

• Proven experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication skills with a capacity to build credibility and trust swiftly.

• Capability to discuss both marketing strategy and technology/product knowledgeably.

• Experience in restaurant, restaurant technology, or restaurant marketing is advantageous.

• Proven track record in quota-carrying, revenue-generating sales roles.
