Manager, Global Trade Data – Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Create and manage dashboards, websites, and assist with data analysis, health monitoring, and various essential data management functions.

• Report to the Global Trade Program Management Office (PMO).

• Develop and sustain dashboards, reporting tools, and SharePoint environments to monitor KPIs and business performance.

• Collaborate with teams in Global Trade Program Management, Investigations & Disclosures, and Audits and Corrective Actions to ascertain data requirements and provide actionable insights.

• Gather, cleanse, and validate extensive datasets from diverse sources.

• Utilize statistical and mathematical techniques to analyze data, identifying trends, patterns, and insights.

• Perform in-depth analyses to discover trends, anomalies, and potential improvement opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, along with 8+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, or analytics; OR an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience in these areas.

• Strong proficiency in Power BI and Power Query.

• Experience in data transformation projects (ETL).

• Knowledge of data modeling and SQL.

• Familiarity with SharePoint, including Lists and governance.

• Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.

• Proficient in Snowflake and Databricks.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Preferred experience in roles that ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, and U.S. sanctions regulations.

• Prior experience in large-scale digital transformation initiatives within a complex, matrixed organization is preferred.

• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities are preferred.

• Experience in conveying information and presenting to various organizational levels is preferred.

• Ability to inspire, influence, manage crises, develop effective internal networks, and collaborate across business functions is preferred.
