Manager, Global Trade Data – Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Collaborate effectively with the Program Management Office, Global Trade Program Support, Audit, Investigations & Disclosure, and Central Technology Management teams.

• Create dashboards, websites, and assist with data analysis, health monitoring, and other essential data management duties.

• Report directly to the Global Trade Program Management Office.

• Develop and sustain dashboards, reporting tools, and SharePoint environments to monitor KPIs and business performance.

• Identify data requirements and provide actionable insights to Global Trade teams.

• Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources.

• Utilize statistical and mathematical methods to analyze data and uncover trends, patterns, and insights.

• Perform in-depth analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field with 8+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, or analytics; OR an Advanced degree with 5+ years of experience in these areas.

• Expertise in Power BI and Power Query.

• Experience in data transformation projects (ETL).

• Familiarity with data modeling and SQL.

• Proficient in SharePoint, including Lists and governance.

• Knowledge of Power Automate and Power App.

• Experience with Snowflake and Databricks.

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without future company immigration sponsorship.

• Strong analytical skills, capable of translating data into actionable recommendations.

• Prior work experience ensuring compliance with ITAR, EAR, and U.S. sanctions regulations.

• Experience in large-scale digital transformation initiatives within a complex, matrixed organization.

• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to communicate and present to various organizational levels.

• Ability to motivate, influence, manage crises, build effective internal networks, and collaborate with multiple business functions.
