This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist in the support, maintenance, and enhancement of Global Trade digital tools and systems.
• Acquire knowledge of system functionality, configuration, and its interaction within the broader business environment.
• Aid in updates to current compliance systems and/or the implementation of new tools.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for Global Trade technologies.
• Help team members and cross-functional partners comprehend tool capabilities, workflows, and best practices for usage.
• Collaborate with Digital Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of Global Trade tools with business processes, regulatory changes, and operational needs.
• Monitor system performance, identifying issues or inefficiencies.
• Coordinate improvements, enhancements, and troubleshooting efforts with internal and external partners.
• Design and deliver training sessions, job aids, and reference materials.
• Promote the adoption and effective usage of Global Trade tools throughout the organization.
• Identify opportunities to enhance trade operations through automation, digital improvements, trade programs, and ongoing process optimization.
• Support enhancements to compliance systems in line with the RTX Consent Agreement.
• Provide continuous support and improvement of Global Trade systems.
• A university degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Proven experience managing processes related to regulatory and/or compliance requirements.
• Experience in applying, enhancing, and/or deploying digital technology or Global Trade tools to support compliance.
• Preferred experience in system enhancements, integrations, or process automation initiatives.
• Strong ability to collaborate across functions to identify system workflows, data requirements, and compliance impacts is preferred.
• Experience with Global Trade compliance systems or digital trade compliance tools, such as SAP GTS, OCR, RGEMS, or similar platforms is preferred.
• A solid understanding of U.S. and international trade regulations, including import/export controls, customs requirements, and preferential trade programs (e.g., ITAR, EAR, Customs, etc.) is preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and convert functional knowledge into practical guidance for business users is preferred.
• Experience in a global, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities is preferred.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
