Manager, Global Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support to clients globally as a member of the Global Operations team.

• Create operational concepts, logistical support, cost estimates, implementation strategies, communication plans, oversight, and billing for international executive protection initiatives.

• Build and sustain robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Leverage best practices, experience, and teamwork to formulate operational strategies.

• Coordinate personnel and resources worldwide within designated timelines.

• Recognize and apply technologies and processes to enhance productivity.

• Collaborate effectively with both internal and external multicultural teams.

• Produce and disseminate documents, contracts, and other required deliverables.

• Organize and monitor personnel across various teams and communication platforms.

• Provide emergency response support outside of regular hours as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in high-end Executive Protection management, operations, or logistics.

• A Bachelor's degree or higher is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Strong communication abilities across diverse cultures and personalities.

• Advanced technical and analytical skills, with the capacity to adapt to unique circumstances within defined time constraints.

• Capability to work independently while managing multiple processes with competing priorities.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, using clear and professional spoken and written language.

• Superior organizational and coordination skills.

• Availability to work all hours as necessary.

• High level of commitment, cognitive ability, 24/7 responsiveness, intellectual maturity, and effective cross-cultural communication skills.

• Above average proficiency in accounting and financial literacy.
