Manager, Global Clinical Monitoring

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Provides efficient line management to CRAs, IHCRAs, and CTMs within the designated European countries, fostering performance, engagement, accountability, and career development.

• Creates action plans and offers strategic guidance to enhance clinical operations performance, ensuring the high-quality achievement of individual, team, and departmental goals.

• Collaborates with Clinical Operations leadership and project teams to anticipate resource requirements and guarantee the proper allocation, utilization, and deployment of clinical resources across projects and designated countries.

• Conducts accompanied site visits, as necessary, to evaluate CRA competencies, pinpoint development opportunities, and offer coaching on project-specific and site-related challenges.

• Recognizes quality risks, performance issues, and operational hurdles, implementing and overseeing suitable corrective and preventive measures.

• Ensures all team members have the essential resources, training, tools, systems access, and support needed to excel in their roles.

• Monitors workforce performance metrics and trends, leveraging data-driven insights to assist in decision-making, workforce planning, and operational excellence.

• Guarantees the timely completion of all mandatory administrative, compliance, and training tasks by assigned staff.

• Leads or engages in departmental, regional, and global initiatives aimed at process enhancement, standardization, digital enablement, and workforce development.

• Proactively identifies operational challenges and opportunities, creating and implementing solutions that improve quality, efficiency, employee experience, and business performance.

• Participates in the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and integration of new CRAs, IHCRAs, and CTMs, collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Clinical Training, and other functional stakeholders.

• Cultivates a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, accountability, and high performance in alignment with Precision for Medicine's values and quality standards.

• Represents Precision for Medicine professionally in interactions with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners.

• Carries out other duties and special projects as assigned by Leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a scientific, life sciences, or healthcare field.

• Proficiency in English and Polish.

• Strong clinical operations experience within a CRO, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical setting, including prior onsite monitoring experience.

• Proven direct line management experience leading CRAs and/or other clinical operations professionals.

• Demonstrated capability in coaching, developing, and managing employee performance.

• In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP, relevant regulatory requirements, and clinical trial execution.

• Ability to work autonomously, proactively address problems, and drive successful outcomes.

• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight travel, up to approximately 25%.
