Manager, Forward Deployed Healthcare Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide consultation to Platform-as-a-Service clients on designing effective decision automation programs and create strategic roadmaps.

• Oversee and mentor a team of direct reports, facilitating execution, prioritization, and professional growth.

• Improve the Forward Deployed Automation Strategy team by optimizing processes, refining analytics frameworks, and implementing AI tools.

• Collaborate with Product, Development, Design, and Engineering teams to define product features that meet client automation requirements.

• Convert complex client specifications into comprehensive technical blueprints for development teams.

• Conduct analysis of authorization and claims data.

• Utilize data visualization tools to create and sustain analytical reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Guarantee client KPIs and the success of end-to-end automation throughout the customer lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in a data-driven, client-facing position.

• A strong desire to enhance U.S. healthcare and patient outcomes; familiarity with healthcare systems, terminology, and regulations is highly preferred.

• Comfortable navigating ethical dilemmas in healthcare data management.

• Proficient in SQL for handling complex healthcare datasets.

• Experienced with Tableau/Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent leadership, client management, and communication abilities.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

• Proficient in cross-functional collaboration and adept at translating challenges into product/KPI enhancements.

• Experience in Management Consulting or HealthTech is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree is required.

• MBA/MPH or equivalent qualification is preferred.
