This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +5 more states.
β’ Lead a team of field-based reimbursement managers.
β’ Recruit, train, mentor, assess, foster a positive culture, and oversee the reimbursement team.
β’ Manage staffing, profitability, standard operating procedures, process design, implementation, and enhancements.
β’ Monitor client SLA agreements and adjust staffing or processes as necessary.
β’ Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings, team meetings, monthly check-ins, quarterly performance evaluations, and monthly quality assurance audits.
β’ Establish effective communication and collaboration between the field team and home office counterparts.
β’ Hold weekly meetings with clients and the operations team.
β’ Distribute client directives throughout the remote team and facilitate regular team teleconferences.
β’ Conduct quarterly ride-alongs for training and professional development.
β’ Initiate and implement field operations efficiency and innovation projects.
β’ Ensure compliance with SLA, contractual obligations, privacy, and regulatory commitments.
β’ Supervise day-to-day team activities and report outcomes to McKesson Client Services and client contacts.
β’ Create and generate monthly and quarterly client reports in collaboration with the Senior Manager.
β’ Manage client expectations while providing consultative recommendations for process improvements, revenue generation, and cost-saving strategies.
β’ Assist in and engage with quarterly business reviews.
β’ Identify development opportunities and offer ongoing training and educational resources for Field Reimbursement Managers.
β’ Minimum of 6 years of reimbursement experience.
β’ At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
β’ Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
β’ Experience supporting a Field Reimbursement Team is preferred.
β’ Proven experience managing a field-based team, with a strong preference for those who have led a field-based reimbursement team.
β’ Demonstrated account management/client management experience, preferably in the pharmacy or healthcare sectors.
β’ Proven track record of direct communication with pharmaceutical clients or stakeholders.
β’ Ability to cultivate strong team relationships and unite individuals to achieve team objectives.
β’ Demonstrated capacity to juggle multiple projects and deliver effective solutions within budget and deadlines.
β’ Comprehensive understanding and experience with process documentation and enhancements.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Must be able to travel 60β80% of the time (3β4 days a week) via car or plane.
β’ Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record/MVR.
