This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Manage a team of reimbursement managers working in the field and supervise daily operations of the field reimbursement program.
• Recruit, mentor, coach, assess, and foster a positive culture within the reimbursement team.
• Oversee staffing, financial performance, standard operating procedures, process design, implementation, and enhancements.
• Track client SLA agreements and implement staffing or process modifications when SLAs are not fulfilled.
• Supervise activity and performance development for remote direct reports across the country.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings, team meetings each week, monthly check-ins, quarterly performance evaluations, and monthly quality assurance audits.
• Foster communication and collaboration between field teams and home-office staff.
• Hold weekly meetings with client and operations teams, regular team teleconferences, and quarterly onsite visits.
• Identify and implement projects aimed at enhancing field operations efficiency and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, privacy regulations, and other commitments through FRM SFDC activity metrics.
• Report daily team performance to McKesson Client Services and key client representatives.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager to generate monthly and quarterly reports for clients.
• Manage client expectations and offer consultative advice on process improvements, revenue enhancement, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Assist in and contribute to quarterly business reviews.
• Create development opportunities and provide continuous training for Field Reimbursement Managers.
• Coordinate with Client Services, Information Systems, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, and Training teams.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in reimbursement.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience supporting a Field Reimbursement Team is preferred.
• Experience managing a field-based team, particularly a reimbursement team, is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated account management and client relationship experience, ideally within the pharmacy or healthcare sectors.
• Proven experience in direct interactions with pharmaceutical clients or stakeholders.
• Team-oriented and customer-centric.
• Capable of building strong relationships within the team and aligning individuals with team objectives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within budget and timeframe constraints.
• In-depth understanding and experience in process documentation and enhancement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Must be willing to travel 60-80% of the time (3-4 days a week) by car or plane.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving history/MVR.
