This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead and continually enhance MDVIP's Field Enablement function.

• Take ownership of the Success Manager Field Enablement strategy and roadmap.

• Set annual enablement goals, success metrics, and improvement initiatives.

• Oversee governance and end-to-end processes, balancing organizational needs with Success Manager responsibilities and capacity.

• Collaborate with stakeholders on affiliate and Success Manager activation calendars.

• Deliver enablement performance updates, recommendations, and strategic opportunities to executive leadership.

• Manage the affiliate action planning framework and action tracking processes aligned with business plans and corporate KPIs.

• Work with Training to promote planning, tracking, and execution processes.

• Collaborate with Technology to enhance platforms for planning, workflows, reporting, and accountability.

• Convert MDVIP's value proposition into frameworks, messaging, conversation guides, playbooks, and materials for physicians.

• Ensure that all materials adhere to quality, consistency, branding, and messaging standards.

• Prepare Success Managers for discussions on retention, growth, pricing, operations, and satisfaction.

• Develop a program for physician insights and best practices.

• Generate recurring insight reports, dashboards, and field intelligence communications.

• Design and oversee Success Manager playbooks, tools, and methodologies.

• Evaluate field effectiveness and identify capability gaps to refine enablement programs.

• Simplify complex programs, processes, and value propositions into accessible field guidance.

• Align stakeholders around priorities, communication plans, enablement needs, and performance initiatives.

• Lead cross-functional working groups and governance forums.

• Define and track Field Enablement KPIs.

• Construct reporting frameworks to measure adoption, effectiveness, and business outcomes.

• Assess physician satisfaction, retention, affiliate engagement, member retention, Success Manager productivity, training effectiveness, and the adoption of strategic initiatives.

• Continuously enhance enablement programs and tools based on insights and feedback.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of progressive experience in field enablement, sales enablement, customer success, physician relations, account management, practice operations, healthcare operations, or related roles.

• At least 2 years of experience in building and leading programs, teams, or enterprise initiatives.

• Proven experience in designing operating models, governance structures, and business processes.

• Background in developing training & socialization programs, toolkits, playbooks, and communication strategies and programs.

• Strong project management skills across functions.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

• Experience with CRM, AI tools, reporting tools, and business performance metrics.
