This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the analysis of enterprise facilities performance, focusing on spending, vendors, assets, work orders, capital, and operational trends.
• Identify root causes, recurring problems, cost drivers, risk areas, and opportunities to enhance restaurant performance while minimizing downtime.
• Utilize root cause analysis to lower recurring costs, inform specific training requirements, enhance vendor accountability, and facilitate discussions on manufacturer performance.
• Convert facilities analysis into insights suitable for executives, including business cases, prioritization suggestions, and materials to support decision-making.
• Manage enterprise Facilities insights requests, including ad hoc business inquiries utilizing asset, work order, vendor, or performance data.
• Oversee Facilities projects and programs from planning through execution, completion, and results tracking.
• Direct the Proactive Capital Investment program and cyclical facility initiatives such as roof replacements, parking lot repairs, and painting projects.
• Create project plans, timelines, milestones, risk tracking, stakeholder communication, and consistent status reporting.
• Assist in maintenance capital governance by prioritizing investments in high-need, high-value assets and restaurants based on asset data, R&M trends, operational risk, and financial impact.
• Develop and uphold the Facilities communication strategy aimed at internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and clear messaging regarding project schedules, program updates, process changes, performance insights, and decisions.
• Collaborate across Facilities, Finance, Operations, Development, Procurement, and vendors to translate insights into actions, ensuring initiatives are ready for the field, financially viable, and operationally sustainable.
• Minimum: 4-year degree in Facilities Management, Business, Finance, Analytics, Construction Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum: Over 10 years of experience in facilities management, project management, business analytics, operations, finance, restaurant operations, retail facilities, or related domains.
• Proven experience in converting data and performance trends into actionable recommendations for leadership and operational stakeholders.
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects, programs, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Demonstrated ability to produce executive-ready summaries, business cases, performance updates, or materials to support decision-making.
• Proven capability to manage multiple priorities while delivering measurable results.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP), change management, data analytics, or relevant certification.
• Preferred experience in multi-unit restaurant, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or commercial facilities environments.
• Preferred experience with CMMS, work order management systems, Power BI, financial reporting tools, project management tools, or facilities analytics platforms.
• Preferred experience in supporting capital planning, vendor performance management, asset lifecycle planning, or proactive maintenance programs.
• Preferred experience in developing communication plans, stakeholder updates, and change management materials for field or operational audiences.
• Extensive facilities management expertise linking asset performance, R&M cost drivers, vendor execution, and restaurant operational impacts into actionable business recommendations.
• Ability to utilize reporting and analytics tools to identify trends, quantify opportunities, and drive actions.
• Strong business acumen in connecting operational, financial, and field impacts to practical recommendations.
• Excellent project and program management abilities, including planning, scheduling, risk management, status reporting, and follow-through.
• Capacity to simplify complex data and technical findings into clear, concise, executive-ready communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to executives, Operations, Finance, vendors, and field leaders.
• Ability to cultivate trusted cross-functional partnerships and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong continuous improvement mindset, capable of standardizing routines, enhancing processes, and establishing repeatable communication and reporting practices.
