This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Lead comprehensive project management for large-scale, multi-workstream initiatives, encompassing scope definition, timeline creation, process design, and cross-functional execution.
• Take ownership of program results and ongoing operations in accordance with organizational goals, policies, and governance standards.
• Provide high-level support and issue resolution for executives.
• Craft communications for program launches, updates, and annual recurring processes.
• Coordinate system, data, payroll, and process integrations, including defining requirements, testing, reconciliation, output validation, issue resolution, and implementation.
• Develop and sustain reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical models.
• Perform audits and compliance reviews; collaborate with payroll on annual calculations and data validation.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance, addressing service delivery, issue resolution, contract processes, and data quality.
• Work in partnership with HR, payroll, digital, legal, supply chain, and risk management teams to provide integrated, data-driven solutions.
• Contribute to executive compensation initiatives and projects utilizing advanced data analytics and reporting capabilities.
• A University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience.
• Experience in cross-functional project management.
• Proven project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Capability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, process automation, AI enablement, operational efficiency, and measurable business impact.
• Skill in translating opportunities into practical and scalable solutions.
• Strong customer relations abilities and capacity to provide high-touch support to senior leaders.
• Proficient in effective problem-solving, analytical reasoning, and root-cause analysis.
• Solid financial knowledge, including payroll concepts, compensation data, forecasting, and compliance processes.
• Data analytics expertise, including report creation, trend interpretation, and insight presentation to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in developing materials for executive-level presentations.
• Background in a large multinational organization.
• High level of professional ethics and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens are permitted to access information under this program/contract.
