Dental Insurance, Prior Authorization Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Handle rejected and denied dental claims

• Process and track referrals and pre-authorizations

• Confirm PPO dental insurance for patients with scheduled appointments

• Assess eligibility, benefits, and coverage

• Interact with insurance providers and the dental team

• Keep precise insurance documentation

• Assist a pediatric dental practice located in Nevada, USA

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in dental insurance/VA is essential

• Familiarity with claims, referrals, pre-authorizations, and PPO verification required

• Experience with Liberty Dental is preferred

• Knowledge of Cloud 9 EMR and/or Curve Dental is advantageous

• Pediatric dental experience is a plus

• Excellent English communication skills and attention to detail

• Must be open to using Time Doctor and a HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop

• Intel Core i5 8th Gen or AMD Ryzen 5 equivalent required

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM; 16 GB recommended

• At least 256 GB SSD

• Operating on Windows 10/11 Pro or macOS 12+

• Must have a working webcam and noise-canceling headset

• Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload

• Reliable backup internet or hotspot preferred

• A quiet, professional workspace is necessary
