This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the PB/Claims and HB/Claims Analyst teams responsible for the continuous maintenance of the Epic platform.
• Supervise analyst staff, manage deliverables, issues, risks, service-level adherence, and quality assurance.
• Implement strategic objectives and align personnel, processes, projects, and resources with OCHIN’s mission.
• Recruit, train, develop, acknowledge, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
• Coordinate team goals, resource allocation, tasks, projects, productivity, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, standard operating procedures, and member service-level agreements.
• Analyze portfolio risks and issues, recommending preventive and mitigating measures.
• Guarantee that project deadlines and escalation processes are adhered to.
• Design, maintain, and enhance team procedures, templates, and tools.
• Cultivate relationships with members and staff while navigating challenging conversations.
• Collaborate with organizational leaders to optimize work, projects, and programs.
• Participate in committee meetings to foster systems thinking and operational excellence.
• Protect intellectual property and confidentiality, including disaster recovery and backup protocols.
• Identify opportunities for process and quality enhancements.
• Enhance maintenance and installation processes for both legacy and new members.
• Maintain communication between Epic Maintenance Teams and relevant OCHIN departments.
• Allocate and resource staff for special projects and go-live support.
• Review ticket metrics, SLA delivery, and assignment currency.
• Connect Epic build concepts with user workflows and operational practices.
• Examine Epic release notes for quarterly upgrade builds and support.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Over 6 years of progressively responsible professional experience in a business service area, particularly in healthcare and/or IT settings.
• At least 3 years of experience in supervisory or leadership positions.
• Experience in managing Epic Resolute Applications Analysts is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, healthcare, health informatics, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Certification in at least one of Resolute PB, Resolute HB, PB Claims, HB Claims, or SBO is required; additional certifications preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute Applications Analyst, preferably with Epic build experience.
• Experience with Epic in both inpatient and outpatient environments is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet or a similar project management system is preferred.
• Willingness to travel based on member needs.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office setting.
• High-speed internet service is required.
