📋 Description

• Oversee the complete planning, execution, and implementation of growth, operational, and strategic initiatives across various brands.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of priorities and drive favorable outcomes.

• Create project plans, establish timelines, develop communication strategies, and define success metrics.

• Guarantee that initiatives are completed on schedule and meet the desired business objectives.

• Act as a bridge between corporate stakeholders and field leaders.

• Collect feedback, manage change, and facilitate the adoption of new programs and processes.

• Track the performance of initiatives, identify potential risks or obstacles, and implement effective solutions.

• Sustain momentum and accomplish organizational objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading intricate cross-functional projects, programs, or enterprise initiatives within a multi-site context.

• Required experience in Early Childhood Education (ECE).

• Strong comprehension of center operations, enrollment factors, and dynamics of field leadership.

• Ability to operate independently, manage various priorities concurrently, and achieve results with minimal supervision.

• Robust analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data, uncover insights, and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in influencing leaders at all organizational levels.

• Demonstrated success in driving measurable business results through strategic planning, execution, and operational collaboration.
