Manager, EDT Data Adoption

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Promote the adoption and effective utilization of the products, platforms, and analytical capabilities of the Enterprise Data organization.

• Create and implement programs for adoption, enablement, and change management related to data products and platforms.

• Develop educational materials, including training, onboarding guides, documentation, and self-service resources for data communities.

• Establish and monitor metrics for adoption, usage analytics, engagement, and value realization.

• Identify obstacles to adoption and create strategies to enhance uptake and effective usage.

• Collaborate with strategy, marketing, product, and business teams to ensure alignment of adoption initiatives with organizational priorities.

• Facilitate user communities, champion networks, office hours, and feedback mechanisms.

• Assist in platform and data migration processes through effective change management and enablement.

• Collect user feedback and insights to guide roadmaps and enhance the user experience.

• Ensure that adoption programs are in accordance with enterprise governance and standards.

• Cultivate relationships across business and technology teams and coordinate programs, priorities, and stakeholders within a matrixed environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

• At least 8 years of professional experience in data and analytics.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in adoption, enablement, training, change management, or customer success.

• Proven experience in designing and delivering enablement and adoption programs.

• Familiarity with measuring adoption, usage, and value realization.

• Experience in adoption, enablement, training, or change management specifically for data or technology products (preferred).

• Knowledge of change management frameworks, such as Prosci or ADKAR, as well as adoption analytics or self-service enablement (preferred).

• Certification in change management, training, or adoption (preferred).
