This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Lead the implementation of the company's Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) eCommerce analytics strategy.
• Manage, mentor, and nurture a high-performing analytics team.
• Collaborate with eCommerce leadership and cross-functional partners to convert complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Conduct customer segmentation, cohort analysis, customer lifetime value modeling, forecasting, predictive analytics, Marketing Mix Modeling, multi-touch attribution, and incrementality measurement.
• Supervise the measurement and optimization of the complete customer journey, encompassing website performance, digital marketing effectiveness, conversion funnel performance, personalization, retention programs, and experimentation.
• Establish and maintain enterprise reporting frameworks, executive dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide strategic oversight for web analytics platforms, tag management systems, data governance, measurement architecture, and privacy compliance.
• Assess emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive insights to enhance analytics capabilities and identify growth opportunities.
• Promote and uphold a positive safety culture by participating in safety initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is required.
• At least five (5) years of experience in web analytics, with a strong focus on analytics strategy development and execution within eCommerce or digital settings.
• Previous experience in a mentorship, supervisory, lead, or managerial position is essential.
• Highly advanced skills in managing profiles, integrating third-party tags, and creating tagging strategies are required.
• Extensive proficiency in producing and delivering regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Looker Studio, and Power BI is required.
• Proven experience leading analytics teams and developing talent in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
